I/ DELIVERY POLICY

1. Delivery policy

After completing the signing of terms, conditions, costs and agreements in the contract about the order, we will quickly ship it to the customer and carry out installation or support installation within a short period of time. as soon as possible.
In order to facilitate the delivery and the goods to be sent to the customer as soon as possible, please provide detailed and accurate information about the recipient and the delivery address.
We reserve the right to temporarily cancel orders when the order information is not clear; We are not responsible for late or lost deliveries, etc. due to incorrect information provided by you.
Delivery time depends on the type of product and your requirements. Details will be listed in the contract.

2. Delivery commitment

Delivery within 1 day for addresses in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh city after receiving customer's payment (For stock available)
For other inner city areas, we will deliver within 3-5 days.
For remote areas, delivery time will be from 5-7 days.
The above commitment time does not include Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
For industrial pump orders that need to be delivered urgently, please immediately notify the sales staff for advice as well as agree on the delivery time with the delivery department.

3. Shipping cost

NTA Pump Technology Co., Ltd. supports delivery for orders within Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
For other provinces and regions, the cost will be negotiated in the contract.

II/ SERVICE POLICY

The repair when there is a problem is extremely urgent for customers using the product. Therefore, Thai Khuong Technical Trading Co., Ltd. supports the following:
Technical support team is available within 3 hours for areas in Hanoi city.
For other areas, the technical team will be available within 24 hours to support processing.
