Warranty and Refund policy

A. WARRANTY POLICY

1. Conditions of product warranty and product exchange/return:

• The product is found to be defective by the manufacturer.
• The product has technical indicators that are not in accordance with the requirements/information agreed in the signed supply contract.
• Products are proven to be fakes, imitations, goods of poor quality and origin.

2. Product warranty conditions – repair – 100% free replacement:

• The product is still within the warranty period.
• Warranty card of the product must be intact, not scratched and repaired; Pump Series and Model information must match the machine/equipment under warranty.
• Machine equipment, machine components must not be disassembled, repaired, replaced or intentionally affected.
• The information on the pump label (SN) cannot be erased or modified.

3. Conditions of product warranty – repair – replacement with additional fees:

• During the product warranty period, if the equipment is damaged due to the fault of the user, all repair or replacement costs will be borne by the customer.
• During the warranty period, customers do not strictly follow the instructions/requirements/standards of the manufacturer, causing technical problems.
• Condition of machinery/equipment on fire or explosion due to external impact, broken, broken due to impact; suffer from natural disasters; lightning strikes, floods, etc.

B. STANDARD WARRANTY SMALL

• Applies to all products distributed by NTA Pump Technology Co., Ltd.
• The device is warranted for 12 months from the date of delivery.
• The products are warranted under the condition that the equipment is operated and stored under the following conditions:
• The working and operating environment where the equipment and pumps are located must be within the manufacturer's permissible specifications.
• The operation and operation of the equipment is strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's technical instructions.
• During the warranty period, if any technical problems occur, please contact the warranty service center immediately to resolve, do not arbitrarily disassemble the device without the permission of the customer. NTA Pump Engineering Company Limited.
• In the event that after checking the equipment under the supervision of both parties, it is concluded that there is a problem caused by the manufacturer's fault, NTA Pump Engineering Co., Ltd. will repair the damage and bear all costs. included (repair, replacement, move, personnel). On the contrary, if the problem is caused by an error from the user, the costs of repair, replacement, relocation, and personnel will have to be paid.
