1. Design

Heavy-duty horizontal radially split between-bearings volute casing pump to API 610, ISO 13709 (heavy-duty), type BB2, with radial impellers, single- or double-entry, one- or two-stage design with centreline pump feet.

Refineries, petrochemical and chemical industries, offshore and onshore processes.

1. Robust design

High-quality casting with a corrosion allowance of 3 mm
Seal chambers suitable for mechanical seals of extended design (back-to-back API 682 or tandem arrangement)
Outer and inner bearing rings axially clamped
Minimised axial forces. Radial forces reduced by diffusor

2. Maximum operating reliability

Dimensioning of shaft and bearings as well as dynamic balancing of impeller minimise shaft deflection and guarantee a long bearing life
Bearing insulator for longer bearing life and cleaner oil sump
Cooling of bearing bracket possible in case of extreme operating conditions
Mist lubrication possible

3. Easy to service

Constant-level oiler ensures constant oil level and simple inspection
Movable bearings guarantee easy assembly and allow for thermal expansion of the shaft
Cooling or heating of shaft seals
Dry shaft not in contact with pumped fluid
Draining possible with flange connection
