1. Design

Horizontal single-stage close-coupled annular casing pump, with ratings and main dimensions to EN 733, with replaceable casing wear rings and motor-mounted variable speed system. With KSB SuPremE, a magnetless synchronous reluctance motor of efficiency class IE4/IE5 to IEC TS 60034-30-2:2016, for operation with the KSB PumpDrive 2 or KSB PumpDrive 2 Eco variable speed system without rotor position sensors. Motor mounting points in accordance with EN 50347, envelope dimensions in accordance with DIN V 42673 (07-2011). ATEX-compliant version available.

Flexible speed control for maximum efficiency. Wall-mounted or cabinet-mounted KSB PumpDrive.
Equipped with IE3 asynchronous motors as standard, ensuring highly efficient operation. Also available with KSB SuPremE® IE5 motor*: The world’s most efficient magnetless pump drive.
Excellent efficiency levels due to state-of-the-art Etanorm hydraulic system. Impeller diameter trimmed to match the duty point, enabling energy savings and reduced operating costs.

Low space requirement thanks to vertical design available in various immersion depths up to 2000 mm (Etanorm V-D up to 535 mm)

3. Operating reliability

Designed without a mechanical seal in order to reduce the number of parts subject to wear
Robust and rigid drive lantern with precision-machined centring fits ensures accurate alignment of pump shaft end and motor shaft end. No on-site precision alignment of coupling required.
Wear-resistant product-lubricated SiC/SiC plain bearing in the discharge cover of the pump compensates lateral movement or deflection of the shaft.
Smooth running thanks to high-quality Flender Eupex coupling (Etanorm V-D)
V-ring prevents the fluid handled from entering the deep groove ball bearing (Etanorm V-D).
High operating reliability due to generously dimensioned ball bearing absorbing the axial forces (Etanorm V-D)
