1. Thermal Insulation

• Actuator is insulated from cryogenic temperature thanks to long extended bonnet
• Valve can be insulated at site with drip plate (option)

• Plain bearings perfectly guide the stem, and the triple tightness at shaft passage permit to have fugitive emission according to ISO 15848 Class AH (most severe rate);
• Bi-directionnal tight shut-off sealing at ambiant and cryogenic temperature

3. Easy installation

• Lifting lugs on body for easy handling;
• Lip seal ring for installation in any position, even upside down;
• Anti-ejection shaft to protect people;

4. Zero Maintenance

• No need to retighten the packing gland
• Removable cover for regularly checking the seat and valve disc
• No special tools required for seat replacement

5. Long service life (low life cycle cost)

• Seal ring is not subject to wear
• Over-travel stop protects seat and disc in case of wrong (re)assembly of the actuator
