1. Design
Bellows-type globe valve to DIN/EN with flanged, butt weld or socket weld ends, tapered on/off disc or throttling plug, two-piece stem, integrated position indicator, seat/disc interface made of wear and corrosion resistant chrome steel or chrome nickel steel.

2. Application
Industrial plants, power stations, process engineering and shipbuilding. For water and steam. Other non-aggressive fluids such as gas or oil on request.

1. High functional reliability and long service life

Two-piece stem. Lower burnished, non-rotating stem makes for minimal wear and long service life of the packing. Easy retrofitting of actuators without dismantling pressure-retaining components.
Hard-faced valve seat made of wear-resistant and corrosion-proof materials.

2. Leak-proof and easy to service

Double-walled bellows welded to the stem at the lower end and to the gland packing part at the upper end.
No vibrations transmitted from valve disc to bellows.
Cost-effective replacement of valve disc and bellows set.

3. Reliable sealing to atmosphere

No creeping of the gasket due to fully confined bonnet gasket.

4. Additional stem seal for emergency operation and blow-out protection

By standard back seat as well as back-up gland packing made of pure graphite.

5. Reliable, tight shut-off

Standard valve disc with angled seat. Can also be used for contaminated fluids thanks to self-cleaning properties.
For special requirements, valve disc is also available with GYLON gasket for temperatures up to 240 °C
