1. Design
Swing check valve to DIN/EN with flanged or butt weld ends, with bolted cover, internally mounted hinge pin, body of welded construction, seat/disc interface made of wear and corrosion resistant 17 % chrome steel.

2. Application
Industrial plants, power stations, process engineering and shipbuilding. For water and steam. Other non-aggressive fluids such as gas or oil on request.

1 Additional features ensure safe sealing to atmosphere

Fully confined bonnet gasket which prevents creeping of the gasket (PN 40).
Graphite gland packing with packing end rings.

2 Additional safety and blow-out protection

Screwed back seat as a standard.

3 Reliable, tight shut-off

With larger seat/disc interface. This makes for tight shut-off at the seat/disc interface when the seat was re-worked.

4 Long service life and high functional reliability

Of the gland packing due to non-rotating stem with burnished shank.
Hard-faced seat/disc interface made of wear-resistant and corrosion-proof materials. Stellited seat as a standard.
Butt weld end design: high-grade design with connection branch extensions made of forged steel.
