1. Design
Knife gate valve to ANSI/ASME with full-lug body made of carbon steel or stainless steel; bi-directional, with gland packing, rubber-lined, rising stem, non-rising handwheel.

2. Application
Primarily in mining for handling slurries, abrasive fluids and high-density fluids; also in pulp applications, cement plants, sewage treatment plants and the chemical industry. Other fluids on request.

1 Blade bottom edge curved for high cutting force. Smooth blade surface due to precision grinding and hard chromium plating, for increased abrasion resistance and long service life.
2 Internal gland packing with improved sealing performance
3 Two-piece body designed without dead volumes to prevent pulp deposits inside the body and jamming of the blade, particularly in the case of solids-laden fluids.
4 Long service life due to resilient, abrasion-resistant diecast rubber seat with metal backing ring Replaceable seats, easy to remove and install
5 Drain facility at the bottom of the valve body. Body bottom dismantles easily for regular cleaning. Flushing system can be fitted by customer.
