1. Design
Knife gate valve to ANSI/ASME with semi-lug body made of carbon steel or stainless steel, bi-directional, with gland packing, through-going blade, rising stem, non-rising handwheel, robust yoke for actuator mounting as standard.

2. Application
Primarily in mining for handling slurries and high-density fluids; excellent flow characteristic due to through-going blade; also in pulp applications and water applications. Other fluids on request.

1. Cast steel body withstands elevated fluid pressures.
2. Yoke replaceable to accommodate different actuators quickly and easily.
3. Gate valve bore is identical with nominal pipe diameter, resulting in a low flow resistance and process cost savings.
4. Two-piece body without dead volumes: no downtime and maintenance costs caused by the removal of solids deposits.
5. Reliable sealing: O-ring-supported self-adjusting flexible seat with high abrasion resistance and long service life.
